Refund policy
I really hope you are thrilled with your purchase, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your item/s please contact me within seven days of receipt to arrange a possible return. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at info@annettemackiehandmade.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The original postage costs for the order are non-refundable and items are returned at your own expense. I advise returning items with a tracked and signed for service as you will be responsible for all returned goods.
Please note refunds do not apply to products which are made to order.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please make sure you check and use the correct delivery address before submitting any order as orders lost due to being sent to an incorrect address supplied by you will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
